Our pricing structure in US dollars and is based on the number of bedrooms occupied. For the Year 2012 our prices are as follows:

High Season Periods are July 10 until September 11 and December 15 to January 14.
We give discount of 15% if the stay is more than 13 nights.
To confirm booking we require a non-returnable booking deposit of US $20 per room per night, balance 28 days prior to start of holiday.
Payment can be made in £, Euro or any other currency, so please contact us so that we can agree an exchange rate, but this would be the rate on day of funds transfer.

Use of Villa Car
Car rental with driver per day (10 hours) IDR 500.000

When you use only the one or two bedrooms you will be the sole occupant of the villa, but we will turn off all the utilities to the other bedroom(s) and normally lock the doors to these un-booked bedroom(s) just to keep our operating costs down.

Also if you are a large party and want to use another three bedroom villa in the same complex, please send us an e-mail and we will discuss with our neighbours to see if their villa is available.

We can arrange for breakfast to be delivered to the villa or take to you one of two local restaurants or even arrange for a chef to come to the villa to cook breakfast especially for you, please e-mail for prices.
